FIT & CFM Sample Status¶
The FIT & CFM Status page tracks the approval status of product samples.
What are FIT and CFM Samples?¶
- FIT Sample — A prototype sample to verify the fit and construction
- CFM (Confirmation) Sample — A final pre-production sample to confirm everything is correct
Viewing Sample Status¶
Navigate to FIT & CFM Status in the left sidebar. The page shows a grid of all products with their sample status:

|---|---|
| ✅ Approved | Sample passed review |
| ❌ Rejected | Sample needs rework |
| ⏳ Pending | Awaiting review |
| — | Not yet submitted |
Editing Sample Status¶
PO Managers and Admins only.
- Click on any product row to open the edit dialog
- Toggle FIT Sample and/or CFM Sample status
- Add optional notes
- Click Save
For batch updates, use the Batch Edit button to update multiple products at once.
