Line Items & Size Breakdown

Line Items Grid

Each PO contains one or more line items representing products. The grid shows:

Column	Description
SKU	Product code (e.g., VENITA-CML)
Style #	Style number
Style Name	Style description
Color	Color name and code
Unit Cost	Price per unit (editable for vendors)
Total Qty	Sum of all sizes
Line Total	Unit Cost × Total Qty

Editing Quantities

1. Click Edit Breakdown (✏️ 编辑明细) next to any line item
2. The Size Breakdown dialog opens showing each size with its quantity
3. Edit the quantities as needed
4. Click Save to apply changes

Edit Tracking

When you change a quantity or unit cost, the system tracks your edits:

• Changed fields show an orange border and "Edited" badge
• The original value is shown with a strikethrough below
• The difference (+/-) is displayed in green or red
• The Grand Total section shows original vs. current with the difference

Original vs. Vendor Reply

The system maintains two sets of values:

• Original — The quantities/prices from Cin7 (cannot be changed)
• Vendor Reply — Your edited values (what you're proposing)

When a manager reviews your submission, they see both values side by side.

Grand Total

The bottom of the line items section shows:

• Grand Total — Sum of all line totals (using current values)
• Original Total — Sum using original Cin7 values (shown when edits exist)
• Difference — The variance between original and current
