Welcome to the Project Brands PO Management System. This guide will help you begin your journey with our seamless platform.

Secure Authentication

1. Navigate to the portal URL provided by your administrator.
2. Click Sign In — you will be securely redirected to the Microsoft login gateway.
3. Authenticate using your company email credentials.
4. Welcome back! You will be immediately routed to your dedicated Dashboard.

First Time Login

For security, accounts are exclusively provisioned by administrators. If you cannot log in, please reach out to your Project Brands point of contact.

Your Workspace & Capabilities

The platform intelligently adapts to your specific role, ensuring a focused and secure experience:

Vendor

• Focus entirely on your own pipeline; you only see POs assigned to your company.
• Seamlessly edit product quantities, unit prices, and ex-factory dates for orders in New or Requires Revision states.
• Cleanly submit POs for manager approval with built-in validation.
• Securely upload proforma invoices and container loading photos directly to the order.
• Recall submitted POs on the fly, as long as they haven't been approved yet.

Manager

• Command the full view; monitor all POs across all vendor pipelines.
• Smoothly review, approve, or reject submissions with pinpoint accuracy.
• Trace the complete edit history and vendor modification logs.
• Track precise production and shipping milestones in real-time.

Admin

• Access the entirety of the Manager toolkit.
• Provision and cleanly manage user accounts and system configuration settings over the entire platform.

Global Language Support

Our platform natively supports English and Simplified Chinese (简体中文). To switch your experience, simply use the language toggle elegantly positioned in the top-right corner of your screen.
